Writer, Singer, Content Creator and Mental Health Advocate
I have been a writer, creator, actress, singer, and artist since the day I picked up a pen and learned how to write, singing and acting for as long as I can remember.
Being an artist of all kinds has been a passion of mine since I was born, and it runs in the family! My older brother is a Grammy-winning Videographer, I have another brother who is an oil-painter and self-published author, my sister was a dancer, and my mother and father loved music and always supported me by going to my concerts in school, never once missing a single performance. My uncles sing and play guitar gigs, and I have cousins who are naturally talented musicians as well. The arts have always been in my blood, and always will be.
Alongside the craft and passion of art-making, I also have a strong passion for mental health awareness and psychology, having used my creative skills and imagination as an outlet and voice for my own mental health struggles as part of my healing journey. I have been so blessed by God to have found a community online that resonates with my work and has been so supportive of me. It has become a personal mission to continue raising awareness for mental health recovery and destigmatizing the struggle so we can live in a world with a little less shame and a little more understanding.
Thank you for checking out my website. Below are a few more details about my experience as a performer and the different types of awards, trainings, and certificates I have received in both the music and mental health field.

In addition to many solo performances in local and community choirs, Liz placed 4th in the PMEA All-State choir during her last year of High School after successfully competing in the Districts and Regional competitions.
She has also been in theater productions like Into the Woods (Little Red Riding Hood) and The Wizard of Oz (The Wicked Witch). Her other performance experiences include bass guitar/vocals for gigs in local cover bands.
